I'm shocked when I saw this news few days ago. Actually that four girls inside the picture are my friends. Stupid and crazy huh?! They were playing spray bubbles at Gurney Drive during New Year Eve. Aren't they lucky? If they catch by cops, I sure go jail meet them. :]
